Ants have taken over my brick patio! My Truckee Meadows Pest Control technician treated the entire patio area and reminded me that they have a 30-day guarantee, so if the ants don't disappear in a few days, just give him a call and he'll come back and treat it again for no additional charge. I appreciate their commitment to great customer service, which is why we are on a regular service plan with them.

We use Truckee Meadow Pest Control because of their attention to detail. They are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond when it comes to servicing our home. We never have to worry about anything related to insects around our home. They always keep in touch to let us know when they will be coming out. We are on a yearly service so it’s a no-brainer. It would be extremely hard if we ever had to find another company hopefully that will never happen.

I had a different pest company for years that would come at random times ( monthly for 3 months then nothing for 4 then Every other month. On what they claimed was a yearly cycle) year/ month/ day always changed prices( 150-600) and was always more expensive the truckee. They killed 3 young fruit trees by intentionally peeling off the bark and filming it.
Plus I still had pests. It was nightmare.
Since switching to Truckee over a year ago. Fewer bugs (so better quality) always comes on the chosen schedule (2 months) always same price ( easy to budget/predict) and always checks in to see if I am having any special concerns 1-2 days before arriving. I wish I would have found them in the beginning would have saved thousands and had better service and communication they always answer calls emails and texts. My plants like them. If you are in there service area and want someone to come do the work and do it well and reliably then Truckee pest is where to go.

I initially asked for a consultation with my rodent issue and the tech (Todd) was delightful and knew immediately that my critters were mice. Once summer rolls around I was assured that my yearly ant/wasp problem won't be an issue either. Their prices are reasonable and theres great communication across the board. Please give them a call if you're considering any type of pest control service. Rental units are serviced as well as homeowners and businesses.
